THANK YOU, SPONSORS!!!
Sharon (pronounced Shuh-rone) was raised by dedicated, first-generation Christian parents. Burdened with a passion to share the Truth of Christ with his countrymen, Sharon's father moved his family to an unreached village in Central India. He serves as the pastor of the village's small congregation. Sharon's mother helps her husband in ministry, caring for the spiritual and physical needs of the village women. Because of the village's location deep in the jungle, there is no nearby school for Sharon to attend. Her parent's work as ministers also puts the family at risk of persecution from Hindu extremist groups.
Seeking safety and a quality education for their daughter, Sharon's parents requested the help of the Mercy Home. The Mercy Home provides a safe and loving environment in which Sharon can prosper. She is growing in spiritual maturity, attending weekly Sunday services, and participating in daily devotions. Sharon is a diligent student and aspires to be a medical doctor. Musically talented, Sharon enjoys playing the guitar and singing. She uses this talent to bless the Mercy Home, accompanying their musical performances with the guitar. In her spare time, Sharon also enjoys sketching pictures of people. Her favorite meal is Mutton Curry and fried rice.
Thank you for helping provide Hope, Dignity, and a Future to Sharon!
