About Satyam Bhagora
Satyam lives with his parents and one sister in a small mud hut in a town located in Central India by the lake and surrounded by jungles and mountains. The climate in this area is hot and humid with occasional drought seasons. The family uses wood and propane as fuel to cook their meals. While the water well is not too far from their house, gathering water for all their daily needs is very tedious and laborious.
His father is an unskilled low paid laborer. His mother is a homemaker and Satyam helps her with household chores. Satyam wants to become a lawyer one day. He enjoys reading, dancing, singing, and riding a bicycle along with playing carom (board game). He and his family live on a simple diet of dal (lentils), white rice, and chapati (Indian flatbread).
Please pray for Satyam; he comes from a Hindu family with no believers. Satyam needs your help and support to provide for school fees, uniform, books, school bag, and other needs.
Thank you for helping provide Hope, Dignity, and a Future to Satyam!
