About Sakshi Yusuf
Sakshi Yusuf lives with her parents, one brother, and one sister in a brick and concrete house in a town in Central India. The town is located in a plains where the climate is hot and humid. This area also experiences monsoon and drought seasons. The family uses propane as fuel to cook their meals. The water well the family uses is in close proximity to their home.
Sakshi helps with gardening, cooking meals, household chores, and babysitting her siblings. Her father is an assistant and her mother is a homemaker. Sakshi wants to become a teacher one day. She enjoys playing volleyball. Her favorite foods are dal (lentils), rice, chapatti, and eggs.
Sakshi comes from a Christian family. They attend church each Sunday, attend a Bible study, and pray together daily. Sakshi needs your help and support to provide for school fees, a uniform, books, a school bag, and other needs.
