About Sachin Kumar Ahari
Sachin Kumar Ahari is from a small, remote village in Western India. This area is in a jungle in the mountains that experiences intense heat and drought seasons. He lives with his parents and two brothers in a small mud hut. The family uses wood as fuel to cook their meals. The water well the family uses is over half a mile from their home which means gathering water each day is laborious and time-consuming.
His father is an unskilled laborer, which means he gets arduous jobs at construction sites or in agricultural fields. His mother is a homemaker and Sachin helps with household chores, cooking meals, and gardening. Sachin wants to become a teacher one day. He enjoys dancing, singing, and reading along with playing kho-kho. He is a vegetarian and his favorite foods are dal (lentils) and rice. Please pray for Sachin; he comes from a Hindu family with no believers. Sachin needs your help and support to provide for his school fees, uniform, books, school bag, and other needs.
Thank you for helping provide Hope, Dignity, and a Future to Sachin!
