About Rekha Singh

Rekha Singh lives with her parents, one brother, and one sister in a brick and concrete house in a small village in Central India. The village is located in the jungle and in a mountainous area where the climate is hot. This area also experiences drought seasons. The family uses wood as fuel to cook their meals. The water well the family uses is in close proximity to their home.
Rekha helps with household chores. Her father is a farmer and her mother is a homemaker. Rekha wants to become a police officer one day. She enjoys reading, painting and drawing along with playing field hockey. Her favorite foods are dal (lentils), rice, and chicken.
Please pray for Rekha; she comes from a Hindu family with no believers. Rekha needs your help and support to provide for school fees, a uniform, books, a school bag, and other needs.
