About Reena Bansal
Reena comes from a very poor family. Sadly, her father died two years ago. Her mother is illiterate and works as a laborer to raise her four children, including Reena. She cannot make enough money to feed them properly, let alone pay for their studies and clothing. Reena's mother is a first-generation Christian. She is trying very hard and praying that her children would receive a good education and have a better life.
Reena is very happy to be part of the Mercy Home family; this is an answer to her mom's prayers! Here she can live in a safe Christian environment, and receive a great education. Reena is working hard in her studies so that she will not have to face hardships and problems in her life. She wants to become a doctor and help the suffering because she understands their pain. Reena likes to sing. She is also good at drawing. Her favorite sport is soccer. She likes to eat simple Indian foods such as rice, dal (split pea soup), and roti (Indian bread).
Thank you for helping provide Hope, Dignity, and a Future to Reena!
