About Ranjana Rajput
Ranjana lives with her parents and brother Abhishek in a small mud hut without electricity and running water. Their home is located in an impoverished rural village in North India. Ranjana's village experiences a warm climate highlighted by heavy rainfalls during the summer monsoon season. To help her parents, Ranjana collects water from the well near their house. The family cooks their meals by burning cow pies and wood for fuel. Though Ranjana's father works hard as a farmer, this work provides only a meager income for the family of four.
To provide for her school fees, uniform, school books, bag, and other essentials, Ranjana needs your help. She aspires to continue her education to become a teacher. In her spare time, Ranjana enjoys a variety of activities, including singing, dancing, painting, drawing, playing board games, and playing badminton. Some of her favorite foods are rice, chapatti (Indian-style bread), eggs, vegetarian dishes, and dal (lentils). Although they still identify with their traditional Hindu religion, Ranjana and her family are interested in Christianity and have begun praying together daily. Please pray that they will continue to pursue the God of the Bible.
Thank you for helping provide Hope, Dignity, and a Future to Ranjana!
