About Ragini Ahirwar
Ragini lives with her parents and two sisters in a brick and concrete house in a town in Central India. The climate in this town is hot and humid. This area also experiences monsoon and drought seasons. The family uses propane as fuel to cook their meals. The nearest water well the family uses is 1000 meters from their home. However, during the drought season, the family must go over 2000 meters away as the closer well dries up. These two wells are their only source of water and they must carry the water back to their home in large jugs.
Ragini helps with babysitting her siblings. Her father is a lawyer while her mother is a homemaker. Ragini loves to read and wants to become a teacher one day. In her spare time, Ragini enjoys playing carom (an Indian game), running, and singing. Her favorite foods are dal (lentils), rice, vegetables, chicken, and chapatti (an Indian bread).
Please pray for Ragini and her family as they come from a Hindu family with no known believers. Ragini needs your help and support to provide for her school fees, school uniform, books, school bag, and other needs such as school lunches and shoes.
Thank you for providing Hope, Dignity, and a Future to Ragini!
