About Prince Prakash Ahirwal
Prince lives with his parents and one brother in a brick-and-mud hut in a small village in Central India. The climate in this village is hot and humid with periods of heavy monsoon rains in the summer months. The village is located near a river. The family uses wood and cow-pies as fuel to cook their meals. The water well the family uses is about 100 meters from their home.
Prince helps with tending livestock, cooking meals, and doing other household chores such as gathering firewood, making and drying cow pies, and fetching water from the well in buckets to take home to his mom for her cooking and cleaning. His father is a preacher while his mother is a homemaker. Prince wants to become a doctor one day. He enjoys reading along with playing soccer. His favorite foods are rice, vegetables, chicken, chapatti, and fish (that he sometimes catches in the river by his hut).
Prince comes from a Christian family. They read the Bible daily together. Prince needs your help and support to provide for his school fees, uniform, books, school bag, and other needs.
Thank you for helping provide Hope, Dignity, and a Future to Prince!
