About Prashant Ahirwar
Prashant Ahirwar lives with his parents, one brother and one sister in a very simple brick and mud house in a town on the plains of Central India. The climate in this town is hot and humid. The family wood as fuel to cook their meals. The water well the family uses is about 500 meters from their home. Each day the family must gather their pots and jugs and walk to the well to fetch the water that will be used throughout the day for cooking, cleaning, and bathing.
Prashant helps his family with gardening, fetching water and household chores. His father, Param, is a driver while his mother, Kavita, is a homemaker. Prashant wants to become a teacher one day. He loves to read. In his spare time, Prashant enjoys playing cricket with his friends. His favorite foods are dal (lentils), rice, vegetables, and chapatti (and Indian bread).
Please pray for Prashant and his family as they come from a Hindu family with no Christian believers. Prashant needs your help and support to provide for his school fees, school uniform, books, school bag, and other needs such as his school lunches and shoes.
Thank you for providing Hope, Dignity and a Future to Prashant!
