About Nitesh Nanama
Nitesh Nanama is from a small, remote village in Western India. This area is in a jungle in the mountains that experiences intense heat and drought seasons. He lives with his parents, one brother, and three sisters in a small mud hut. The family uses wood as fuel to cook their meals, they don’t have access to electricity. The water well the family uses is over half a mile from their home which means gathering water each day is laborious and time-consuming.
His parents have a little farm on the small field by their hut. Nitesh helps them with gardening, fetching water, cooking meals, and doing other household chores. Nitesh wants to become an engineer one day. He enjoys reading and singing along with playing cricket, volleyball, and kho-kho, an Indian sport which is a bit like a team-based tag. His favorite foods are dal (lentils), rice, chapatti, and fish. Please pray for Nitesh; he comes from a Hindu family with no believers. Nitesh needs your help and support to provide for school fees, uniform, books, school bag, and other needs.
Thank you for helping provide Hope, Dignity and a Future to Nitesh!
