Nisha Das lives with her parents and two sisters in a small village in Central India. The climate in this village is hot and dry. This area also experiences monsoon and drought seasons. The village is located near a river. The family uses wood as fuel to cook their meals. The water well the family uses is 500 meters from their home.
Nisha helps with fetching water and doing household chores. Her father is a laborer while her mother is a homemaker. Nisha wants to become a nurse one day. She enjoys playing kho-kho (an Indian game) and painting and drawing. Her favorite foods are dal (lentils) and rice.
Please pray for Nisha, she comes from a Hindu family with no believers. Nisha needs your help and support in providing for school fees, uniform, books, school bag, and other needs.
