About Naresh Paragi

Naresh lives with his parents and two brothers, Bheema and Arjun, in a small mud hut in a remote village in Western India. This area is in a valley that experiences intense heat and drought seasons. The family uses wood as fuel to cook their meals. They don’t have access to electricity. The well the family uses is over half a mile from their home which means gathering water each day is laborious and time-consuming.

His father is an unskilled laborer, which means he gets arduous jobs at construction sites or in agricultural fields. His mother is a homemaker and even though he is young, Naresh helps with gardening, fetching water, tending livestock, and household chores. Naresh wants to become a tailor. He enjoys reading and playing soccer. His favorite foods are dal (lentils), rice, vegetables, chicken, and chapatti. Please pray for Naresh; he comes from a Hindu family with no believers. Naresh needs your help and support to provide for school fees, uniform, books, school bag, and other needs.

Thank you for helping provide Hope, Dignity, and a Future to Naresh!
