About Namrata Thomas
NOTE: Namrata Thomas is graduating from High School and the Mercy Home program in May of 2022. She is going to Nursing College!

Namrata comes from a dedicated Christian family. Her father is a preacher in a very remote village. The village does not have a high school and Namrata's parents do not have the financial resources to send their children to a boarding school. They are totally depending on God’s provision and His people’s generosity to provide a safe learning environment for their children.
The Mercy Home is the place where Namrata can continue her education and safely worship the Lord. Namrata is excited to have an opportunity to be a part of the Mercy Home family! She loves to study and wants to be a doctor one day. Namrata enjoys singing, and her favorite part of each day is singing worship songs with her Mercy Home sisters each morning and evening. Namrata is a quiet but funny girl who likes to tell jokes. In her spare time, she enjoys playing Kho-Kho with her new friends. Her favorite foods are rice, dhal (lentils), chicken curry, and chapatti (Indian-style bread).
