About Manisha Ahirwar
Manisha has graduated from High School and the Mercy Home program in 2021. She is extremely grateful to her sponsors for supporting her through her years in the Mercy Home which has been a safe haven for her! Manisha is so excited that she has been accepted into College for the three-year Nursing program!
Manisha's parents are first-generation Christians. They are both laborers, but there is no stable work in their village, so in order to get better wages and regular work they have moved near Delhi where they live in a slum area.
Manisha says. "I dream of going to college and becoming a nurse but it is quite expensive. My parents cannot afford to pay for my college education. I am praying to God that with His grace I could find a way. You have changed my future by sponsoring me at the Mercy Home and I am praying you may want to still sponsor me for college. I want to live my life with dignity and a purpose. Please pray for me! I will always be very grateful to you!!
