About Manish Mahendra
Manish Mahendra lives with his parents and one brother in a small brick and concrete house in a town in Central India. The town is located in a mountainous area in the jungle where the climate is hot. This area also experiences drought seasons. The family uses propane as fuel to cook their meals. The water well the family uses is in close proximity to their home.
Manish helps with gardening and fetching water. His father is a laborer and his mother is a homemaker. Manish wants to become an engineer one day. He enjoys reading and playing cricket. His favorite foods are dal (lentils), rice, chicken, chapatti, and mutton.
Manish comes from a Christian family. They attend church each Sunday and read the Bible daily. Manish needs your help and support to provide for school fees, a uniform, books, a school bag, and other needs.
