About Khushi Kaur
Khushi Kaur lives with her parents, in a small brick and concrete house in a remote village located on a plain of Northern India. The village is located in a valley. The climate in this village is hot and humid in the summer and cold in the winter. The family uses wood as fuel to cook their meals. They are blessed to have a water well near their home.
Khushi helps her parents with household chores. Her father is a laborer while her mother is a homemaker. Khushi wants to become a teacher one day. She enjoys carom, an Indian board game. Her favorite foods are dal (lentils) and chapatti.
Although they are still Hindu, they are attending church each Sunday and are exploring Christianity. Please pray for Khushi and her family. Khushi needs your help and support to provide for her school fees, uniform, books, school bag, and other needs.
