Karan Aharwal lives with his parents and one brother in a brick and mud house in a town in Central India. The town is located in the plains where the climate is hot and dry. This area also experiences drought seasons. The family uses propane as fuel to cook their meals. The water well the family uses is 100 meters from their home.
Karan helps with fetching water and household chores. His father is a laborer and his mother is a maid. Karan wants to become a teacher one day. He enjoys reading and playing soccer, cricket, and badminton. His favorite foods are dal (lentils), rice, vegetables, chapatti, and mutton.
Please pray for Karan; he comes from a Hindu family with no believers. Karan needs your help and support to provide for school fees, a uniform, books, a school bag, and other needs.
