About Kamla Kumari
Kamla lives with her parents in a mud hut in a small village in West India. The climate in this village is hot and dry. This area also experiences drought seasons. The village is located in a mountainous area. Kamla has one brother and two sisters. Her father is a farmer and her mother is a housewife.
Kamla is excited to be in school and enjoys her schoolwork. She loves singing and you can hear Kamla sing as she plays and does her chores. White is her favorite color. Rice and lentils are her favorite food, which is a staple throughout India. She also enjoys playing with her dolls.
