About Kamini Kushwaha
Kamini Kushwaha lives with her parents, grandparents, two brothers and one sister in a small mud hut in a remote village in Central India. This area is in a jungle in the mountains where it rains frequently but also experiences seasons of drought usually during hot summer months. The family uses wood as fuel to cook their meals. The closest water well is about one kilometer from their home which makes gathering water for all their daily needs very laborious.
Kamini helps her parents with fetching water and household chores. Her father is a laborer while her mother is a homemaker. Kamini wants to become a doctor one day. She enjoys reading along with playing cricket. Her favorite foods are dal (lentils) and rice.
Although they are still Hindu, they attend a Bible study and are exploring Christianity. Please pray for Kamini and her family. Kamini needs your help and support to provide for school fees, uniform, books, school bag, and other needs.
Thank you for helping provide Hope, Dignity and a Future to Kamini!
