About Himashu Prajapati
Himashu is from a small remote village located near a river in Central India. This area experiences intense seasonal droughts. He lives with his parents, his brother Lucky, and his sister Raksha in a small mud hut. The family uses wood and propane as fuel to cook their meals. The water well the family uses is over 300 feet from their home which means gathering water each day is laborious and time-consuming.
His father is an unskilled laborer, which means he gets arduous jobs at construction sites or in agricultural fields. His mother is a homemaker and Himashu helps with household chores and fetching water. Himashu wants to become a doctor one day. He enjoys dancing, singing and reading along with playing board games and badminton. His favorite foods are dal (lentils), rice, chicken, chapatti, and fish. Please pray for Himashu; he comes from a Hindu family with no believers. Himashu needs your help and support to provide for school fees, uniform, books, school bag, and other needs.
Thank you for helping provide Hope, Dignity, and a Future to Himashu!
