Himank lives with his parents and one sister in a small mud hut in a remote village located in the jungle of Northern India. The climate in this area is hot and humid and also experiences drought seasons. The family uses wood as fuel to cook their meals. They are blessed to have a water well not too far from their house.
His father is an unskilled laborer, which means he gets arduous jobs at construction sites or in agricultural fields. His mother is a teacher. Himank helps with household chores and taking care of his younger sister. Himank wants to become a doctor one day. He enjoys reading and drawing along with playing cricket. His favorite foods are dal (lentils), rice, and chapatti.
Please pray for Himank; he comes from a Hindu family with no believers. Himank needs your help and support to provide for school fees, uniform, books, school bag, and other needs.
