About Hemaram Gameti
Hemaram lives with his parents, three brothers, and one sister in a remote village in West India. They live in a small hut made of mud and stone. The climate in this village is hot and dry. This area often experiences a shortage of water as it goes through drought seasons. The village is located in a mountainous area, there are many wild animals around like leopards, jackals, hyenas, and many kinds of snakes including cobras. Hemaram's father is a farmer and his mother is a housewife.
Hemaram loves to study and wants to be a teacher one day. He also learns to stitch and was able to make a pair of pants and a bag. Hemaram helps his parents with gardening, tending cattle, and bringing firewood from a nearby jungle. His favorite pastime is playing cricket and singing.
