About Gurnihal Singh
Gurnihal lives with his parents and two sisters, Sneha and Neha, in a small brick and concrete house in a remote village in Northern India. The climate in this village is hot and humid. This area also experiences monsoon and drought seasons. The family uses propane as fuel to cook their meals.
Gurnihal comes from a Christian family; they attend church and Bible study and always pray together. His father is a laborer, while his mother is a homemaker and Gurnihal helps her with household chores. Gurnihal wants to become a doctor one day. He enjoys reading along with playing badminton. His favorite foods are dal (lentils), rice, vegetables, and chapatti. Gurnihal needs your help and support to provide for his school fees, uniform, books, school bag, and other needs.
