About Chandni Singh

Chandni Singh has Graduated from High School in 2023 and is now in College (CL0075-DM)!
THANK YOU, SPONSORS!!!

Chandni came to Mercy Home from a very remote village in Central India. She has one brother and two sisters. Her family lives in a mud hut; there is no electricity or running water in this village. The family cooks their meals using firewood and cow dung patties. Her father owns a very small piece of land and farms it to feed his family. The children help their parents in farming the land and fetching water from a distant well. They are very poor. They are first generation Christian and they share in daily prayer and worship in their hut. The village has only a small elementary school and Chandni had no opportunity to continue her education until her parents learned of Mercy Home.

Chandni was so happy to be given the chance to go to school and live a dignified life in the safe, Christian atmosphere of Mercy Home! She wants to become a doctor or nurse when she grows up. Chandni loves the daily devotions and worship time with her new Mercy Home family. She enjoys singing, dancing, and playing kho-kho with her friends.

Thank you for helping to provide Hope, Dignity, and a Future to Chandni!
