About Bansi Paragi
Bansi lives with his parents and two older brothers, Manish and Raju, in a small mud hut in a remote village in Western India. This area is in a valley that experiences intense heat and drought seasons. The family uses wood as fuel to cook their meals. The water well the family uses is about a third of a mile from their home which means gathering water each day is laborious and time-consuming.
His father is an unskilled laborer, which means he gets arduous jobs at construction sites or in agricultural fields. His mother is a homemaker and Bansi helps her with household chores. He enjoys reading along with playing cricket and Gilli Danda, which is a traditional Indian game that was the precursor to cricket. His favorite foods are chicken and chapatti. Please pray for Bansi; he comes from a Hindu family with no believers. Bansi needs your help and support to provide for school fees, uniform, books, school bag, and other needs.
Thank you for helping provide Hope, Dignity, and a Future to Bansi!
