About Ashwani Kavat
Ashwani Kavat lives with his parents, one brother and three sisters in a mud house in a small village in Central India. The climate in this village is hot and dry. This area also experiences monsoon and drought seasons. The village is located near a river. Because they experience intermittent electricity, the family uses wood as fuel to cook their meals. The water well the family uses is 200 meters from their home.
Ashwani helps with household chores. His father and mother are both laborers. Ashwani wants to become a teacher one day. He enjoys singing and reading along with playing cricket and badminton. His favorite foods are dal (lentils), rice and vegetarian.
Please pray for Ashwani as he comes from a Hindu family with no believers. Ashwani needs your help and support in providing for school fees, uniform, books, school bag and other needs.
