About Arjun Paragi
Arjun lives with his parents and two brothers, Bheema and Naresh, in a small mud hut in a remote village in Western India. This area is in a valley that experiences intense heat and drought seasons. The family uses wood as fuel to cook their meals. They don’t have access to electricity. The well the family uses is over half a mile from their home which means gathering water each day is laborious and time-consuming.
His father is an unskilled laborer, which means he gets arduous jobs at construction sites or in agricultural fields. His mother is a homemaker and Arjun helps with fetching water, tending livestock, and babysitting siblings. Arjun wants to become a nurse one day. He enjoys reading along with playing soccer. His favorite foods are dal (lentils), rice, vegetables, chicken, chapatti, and fish. Please pray for Arjun; he comes from a Hindu family with no believers. Arjun needs your help and support to provide for school fees, uniform, books, school bag, and other needs.
Thank you for helping provide Hope, Dignity, and a Future to Arjun!
