About Anjana Singh
Anjana lives with her father and two brothers in a brick and mud house in a small village in Central India. Her mother has passed away. The climate in this village is hot and dry. This area also experiences monsoon and drought seasons. The village is located near a river in the jungle. The family uses propane as fuel to cook their meals.
Anjana helps with the gardening. Her father is a laborer. Anjana wants to become a teacher one day. She enjoys reading and playing soccer with her friends. Her favorite foods are dal (lentils) and chicken.
Anjana comes from a Christian family. They attend church each Sunday. Anjana needs your help and support in providing for school fees, uniform, books, school bag, and other needs.
