About Amrit Lodhi
Amrit lives with his parents, his brother Naveen, and sister Anushka in a small mud hut in a remote village located in the jungle of Northern India. The climate in this area is hot and humid and also experiences drought seasons. The family uses propane as fuel to cook their meals. They are blessed to have a water well not too far from their house.
Both of his parents are unskilled laborers, which means they get arduous jobs at construction sites or in agricultural fields. Amrit helps with household chores and tending livestock. Amrit wants to become a teacher one day. He enjoys dancing, singing and reading along with playing board games. His favorite foods are dal (lentils), rice, and eggs.
Please pray for Amrit; he comes from a Hindu family with no believers. Amrit needs your help and support to provide for school fees, uniform, books, school bag, and other needs. Thank you for helping provide Hope, Dignity and a Future to Amrit!
