About Prabhat Sen

Prabhat lives with his parents and his sister Prathiba in a brick and concrete house in a town located in Central India by the lake and surrounded by jungles and mountains. The climate in this area is hot and humid with occasional drought seasons. The family uses wood and propane as fuel to cook their meals. They are blessed to have a water well not too far from their house.

His father is an unskilled low-paid laborer. His mother is a homemaker and Prabhat helps her with household chores. Prabhat wants to become a teacher one day. He loves to read and sing and enjoys playing soccer and cricket. His favorite foods are dal (lentils), rice, chicken, and chapatti.

Please pray for Prabhat; he comes from a Hindu family with no believers. Prabhat needs your help and support to provide for his school fees, uniform, books, school bag, and other needs.
