About Neha Kaur

Neha lives with her parents, her sister Sneha, and her brother Gurnihal Singh in a small brick and concrete house in a remote village in North-West India. The climate in this village is hot and humid. This area also experiences monsoon and drought seasons. The family uses propane as fuel to cook their meals.

Neha comes from a devoted Christian family; they attend church and Bible study and always pray together. Her father is an unskilled laborer. Her mother is a homemaker and Neha helps her with household chores. Neha wants to become a nurse one day. She enjoys reading along with playing soccer. Her favorite foods are dal (lentils), rice, vegetables, and chapatti. Neha needs your help and support to provide for her school fees, uniform, books, school bag, and other needs.
